CNC/DA-51 SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
STANDARD ACCESSORIES (Y-X-R)
1. The control system is from Netherlands DELEM.
2. LCD screen display.
3. One program can store 25 operations, total storage is 500 operations. One operation
can be repeated for 99 times.
4. Tooling library can store thirty punches and thirty dies. The tooling stress
limit can be input and stored to prevent overloading.
5. Work counter records the correct production quality.
6. Multiple languages display. It is able to display English, Traditional Chinese
and Simplified Chinese.
7. Y axis's angle is driven by mechanical AC servo motor. The accuracy is กำ0.01mm.
8. After entering the data of Yaxis angle, X axis dimension, the lifting dimension
of R axis and the bending dimension, the controller will calculate the depth of
Y axis automatically.
9. Manual controlled compensation device.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES (Y1-Y2-X)
1. European optical scale: 2 sets. The accuracy is กำ0.01mm.
2. German (HOERBIGER) hydraulic system. Y1 and Y2 can adjust separately.
3. The wedge counter pulled deflection compensation device (C axis) is equipped
along the full length of table. The full length thickness can be compensated by
defection, and calculated by controller.
4. Operation mode: Single step, Automatic and Test Run (button).
