CNC/DA-51 SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
STANDARD ACCESSORIES (CNC/DA-51/Y-X-R 3 Axes) (NC/DA-51/Y-X 2 Axes)

1. European DELEM multi-axial controller.
2. LCD screen display.
3. Each program stores 25 bends, and a total of 500 bends is available. Each program can be repeated 99 times.
4. 30 sets of data for punch and die respectively can be stored. The tooling stress limit can be input and stored to prevent overloading.
5. Work counter records the correct production quantity.
6. Multi-language display of English and Chinese (Traditional and simplified).
7. Precision sectional dies and punches. Each marked with length and angle to make tool selection easy.
8. Y axis angle is driven by mechanical AC servo motor with an accuracy of ± 0.01mm.
9. With Y-axis angle, X-axis gauge position, R-axis deflection and bend dimensions determined, the controller will automatically calculate the penetration depth (CNC).
10. With Y-axis angle, X-axis gauge position and bend dimensions determined, the controller will automatically calculate penetration depth (NC).
11. Operation mode: Manual, Automatic ,Testbending modes.
12. Manual compensation control.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES (CNC/DA-51/Y1-Y2-X-R-C Multiple axes)

1. HOERBIGER (German) hydraulic circuit enables independent adjustment of Y1 and Y2.
2. 2 sets of European optical scale with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm.
3. The pull-wedge deflection compensation is available along the length of bed (c-axis) for various blank lengths and thickness. The compensation is managed by the controller through its precise calculations.
