NC HYDRAUliC SWING BEAM SHEAR FEATURES:
- Swing beam ram designed mechanism offers precision shearing
and advantage of quick and easy operation with electrical blade
clearance adjustment by worm gear for thick and thin (0.1 mm)
steel plate. It shears properly by pressing the blade's clearance
button.
- Specialized hydraulic control system adjust the pressure
automatically. According to the load, it can shear 0.1mm thin
plates to 25mm thick plates.
- Logic hydraulic circuit, controlled by sequence valves functions at a low level of noise with no vibration. Stability as well as normal fluid temperature of hydraulic components can be maintained under high-speed and long-lasting operations to assure consistent performance of the shear.
- The shear body and blade base are made of SS400 steel plates which have been annealed for the elimination of internal stress. Control functions are integrated in the front side of the shear for the ease of operations.
- Overload protection ensures the safety of the shear and operators.
- A point in the frame of lower blade is used as the center of arc movement of upper blade, which offers precision shear through hydraulic cylinder operation.
- Special design of swinging beam support offers easy adjustment of blade's clearance. The clearance between blades can be abtained by key-pressing and will be displayed in numerical from with decimal points. The precise clearance guarantees a smooth shear surface as well as shear safety.
- The adoption of heavy duty bearings at the beam joints guarantees a precision and wearproof operational life.
- Back gauge driven by motor and precision ball screw to shear accurately and precisely.
- Back gauge dual U overhang linear guide.
- Easy back gauge calibration.
- Pre-retreat of back gauge to thick sheet cutting.
- The controller maintains functional in the environment of high-voltage electromagnetism.
Automatic sheet support system provides extreme long plate's shearing and scrapeproof plastic device. Quick match for support and downward action. It also assures the precise and bur-free of shearing longer plates. (optional)
